DESKRIPSI PELATIHAN/ TRAINING NEED ANALYSIS AND TRAINING EVALUATION

Training Need Analysis (TNA) atau Analisis Kebutuhan Training dibutuhkan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis training yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan karyawan, agar mereka memiliki kemampuan sesuai dengan jabatan dan fungsinya masing-masing. Karena apabila tidak sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan karywan, maka training yang dilakukan akan sia-sia dan tidak memberikan manfaat apa-apa bagi organisasi.

Ketepatan dalam analisa kebutuhan training merupakan titik kunci keberhasilan pengembangan skill dan knowledge karyawan. Sesudah proses training selesai maka langkah selanjutnya adalah evaluasi hasil pelatihan. Terdapat 4 level model dalam mengevaluasi keefektifan hasil pelatihan .
